Familie von Käser (zum Stein)
#1
Hello everyone,

Please find attached some data about family von Käser (later zum Stein) in Bayern (XVIII-XIXth century).

They received a nobility recognition & Freiherr title in 1816 and totally changed arms in 1832.

I have two questions about this family :

1) I did not succeed to find Freiherr Johann Nepomuk von Käser's (Arnstorf 1747 - München 1827) parents ; any ideas about a path to follow?

2) It is very strange a family suddently totlay changes its coat of arms ; any information about this or reason that could motivate it?

Thanks a lot,

Matthieu

think You have also found this page 96 from the Adler papers 1887

but may complete our knowledge about

bytheway, seems that the last Freiherr Max wanted to make his arms different from his near related noble family v. Kaeser

Thanks. Unfortunately no answer yet for his parents.
I just found the birth in Arnstorf, may I ask for a trascription ? https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/deut...01/?pg=316
Maybe we can find his parents in the wedding record  thanks to this reference (attachment) ?
